This information may be what is on the boards but I’m really is BS. No wonder so many medical Drs are incapable of treating chronic insomnia. They don’t have a clue nor do they have any medications to help their patients when cognitive therapy and other modalities do not work. “A useful guide” 😂 As a retired healthcare provider I am appalled as I listen to and experience from medical providers, it’s as if common sense has been thrown out along with less tools for treating each patient as a individual with varying needs

Since the body's language is neurotransmitters and hormones be sure the doctor looks at all of that! I did not want to go the route of sleeping pills because I didn't want to have to get "off" of them! Balanced calcium, magnesium, and Vitamin D3 which is vital. Vitamin D3 is a hormone as well as a vitamin. My circadian rhythm was totally off having worked in IT for years in dungeon operation centers with no natural light! Keep at it! You will get better!

A PEMF & scalar device helped me sleep! EMF & RF, 5G, Blue Tooth, Smart Meters, Smart TV's lower melatonin (your MASTER ANTIOXIDANT), & lower GABA... = insomnia, sickness, and anxiety. They, also, increase blood glucose, raise cortisol=more insulin, lower oxygen, destroy blood brain barrier, lower nitric oxide which helps insulin; thus, = insulin resistance/FAT, then diabetes. INSULIN STORES FAT. They've known this since the 60's. Also, nitric oxide makes GABA. GABA lowers anxiety. Wireless is the worst! Smart TV's antennas radiate EMFs when unplugged! “If your pineal gland is under constant EMF exposure, it can start to dysregulate. This may then reduce your melatonin levels and increase your cortisol levels. This means you won't be able to sleep very well.” See how many cell towers are near you. 201 towers and 373 antennas within a 3.0 mile radius of our house. I can see one cancer generator from my deck. No wonder I've had severe insomnia for 3 years. www.antennasearch.com/ There are 3 smart meters on my condo living room wall. 2022. After struggling with severe insomnia for 3 years/2020, I mean up until the sun came up 4 nights a week, I purchased a PEMF sleep device, Earthpulse Sleep. Worked so good I'd bought another, AUMpulser. One stays on the couch for TV relaxing. The other under my mattress topper. I, also, have a My Blushield scalar cube which has changed my life! You know when you walk next to someone, you synchronize and take a step exactly the same time of the other person? Your cells, also, synchronize... with the Earth's frequency for our circadian rhythms and healing/regenerating. Every process in your body works on a rhythem. EMF's disrupt our natural rhythm, our synchronization; so, we NEVER fully heal/regenerate like we are supposed to, but the greedy corporations DO NOT CARE. There have been 0 safety test on 5G! All these wireless routers, smart meters, 5 G towers (30 or 40 GIGA Hertz), power lines and 50 - 60 Hz are raising our frequencies, shaking up our cells, SLOWING our mitochondria, alternating our DNA, raising our cortisol causing disharmony. Anything above 20 hertz raises cortisol. The Earth's frequency is 7.83 hertz (Schumann Resonance). The Earth has a resonating frequency of 9.6 hertz; the Earth's pulse. These are the low frequencies we are supposed to be at all day for homeostasis: our cells, health, sleep, & hormones. PEMF's and or scalar (1-14 Hertz) lower your frequency to over ride the dirty EMF frequencies. PEMF was invented by NASA for the astronauts to be at the Earth's low frequencies to repair/regenerate/heal while in space. These devices lower your frequency which lowers inflammation, which lowers cortisol, & puts your brain waves to delta or whatever for sleep & regenerating. Supposedly, PEMF cures everything: sleep, pain, asthma, wounds, increase circulation, depression, stamina, lower inflammation, cure hypothyroidism, PCOS, diabetes, liver, lungs, all organs, migraines, menopause, MS, Parkinson, insulin resistance, increases oxygen & ATP, you name it! There are a quintillion (1000000000000000000) has 18 zeros more RF going through us than 10 years ago. The Earth's frequency is equally as vital for our survival as the sun! You don't want to mess with the sun or frequencies. 2022 Acupuncture helped me for 6 months + Xiao Yao San supplement; until, I took a peptide to lose weight, AOD9603. I'd taken Lexapro to cure my insomnia. It did NOT work. Made me gained 18 lbs. Slept great the 2 weeks I was on the peptide. B/c Growth hormone makes you sleep. When I stopped, my severe insomnia returned. This time, August 2022, I bought a pulse electromagnetic device (Earthpulse Sleep) specifically for sleep. Works so good, I bought another AUM Pulser. The magnets made me sleep for 2 ½ months without taking a drug or supplement! Until the cruise. I went on a cruise in October which brought back my insomnia with a vengeance. Insomnia started first night on the ship. My PEMF magnets did not work this time! So, I bought a Blushield scalar frequency device. The scalar over rides the bad EMF's. My Blushield Cube changed my life! Tommy & I sleep in separate bedrooms with the doors shut. Whenever we get up at the same time to go to the bathroom, I'm certain we've gotten a wave of current, shaking up our cells, raising our cortisol waking us. I thought my waking up with a surge of anxiety and racing heart was perimenopause, but not when it started happening to Tommy, too! This year, 2022, My endocrinologist said it is NOT perimenopause. EMFs (wifi, Bluetooth, phones, cell towers, smart TVs) open a little cell door to let a calcium in. It NEVER EVER SHUTS. Keeps us in fight/slight mode 24/7. Cortisol is constantly high. Cortisol raises insulin. Insulin stores fat. Next the diabetes. Consistent high cortisol will literally kill you over time. “EMFs are not, therefore, causing damage by having a thermal influence or heating your tissues; they are not "cooking" your cells as some suggest. Rather, EMF radiation activates the VGCCs in the outer cell membrane, triggering a chain reaction of devastating events that, ultimately: Decimates your mitochondrial function, cell membranes and cellular proteins Causes severe cellular damage Results in DNA breaks Dramatically accelerates your aging process Puts you at higher risk for chronic disease” Causes autism. Electric companies/Cell phone companies should be paying us vs us paying them! Whether or not you have a cell phone, you are being inundated with radiation non stop. World Health Organizations classified EMR as class B! My ears have been ringing nonstop since 2008. All the condo's smart meter's are on my living room wall. “If your pineal gland is under constant EMF exposure, it can start to dysregulate. This may then reduce your melatonin levels and increase your cortisol levels. This means you won't be able to sleep very well.” “Research has shown impacts to the pineal gland, adrenal gland, and thyroid gland. These glands balance hormones that involve sleep. Research has shown that low levels of microwave exposure can reduce melatonin. Melatonin is not just critical to maintaining our sleep rhythm but it is also an extremely important antioxidant that helps to repair damaged DNA and reduces the growth of cancer cells. Additionally, research shows thyroid hormone levels can be impacted by wireless radiation. It has been established that even a small change in thyroid hormones can alter the brain. Read more about research on Endocrine System damage here. Topsakal, Senay, et al. “The ameliorative effect of gallic acid on pancreas lesions induced by 2.45 GHz electromagnetic radiation (Wi-Fi) in young rats.” Journal of Radiation Research and Applied Sciences (2017). “The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) on the pancreas tissue of young rats and the ameliorative effect of Gallic acid (GA).” “The histopathological examination of the pancreases indicated slight degenerative changes in some pancreatic endocrine and exocrine cells and slight inflammatory cell infiltrations in the EMR group. At the immunohistochemical examination, marked increase was observed in calcitonin gene related protein and Prostaglandin E2 expressions in pancreatic cells in this group. There were no changes in interleukin-6 expirations. GA ameliorated biochemical and pathological findings in the EMR+GA group.” “These findings clearly demonstrate that EMR can cause degenerative changes in both endocrine and exocrine pancreas cells in rats during the developmental period and GA has an ameliorative effect.”

CPAP does not filter Covid so mask fit has nothing to do with spreading as all the air you breathe in is being forced out of the mask thru the vent holes in the mask, so I’m not sure what the issue would be with leakage as it only has to do with the force needed for overcoming the obstruction and wouldn’t have any effect on spreading the virus.

It might also just be metabolic, I was over exercising, under eating and not getting enough carbs which resulted in several nutritional deficiencies after 6 years etc (thought I was being healthy, felt great in the initial years) unknowingly I was putting my body in a catabolic state which will cause the body to stay awake and alert, as it is meant to. Think about what you are doing and what messages you are sending to your central nervous system via the way you eat exercise and live...you might be putting your body in survival mode and its simply doing what its meant to be doing. I cut back and changed the way I exercise opting for more anabolic promoting activities with ample recovery time, ate more frequent balanced meals and also allowed myself to take naps. It has taken a long time for my body to balance out and recover, I now don't even need to bother with or think about sleep hygiene, I get tired and sleep. I hope this helps someone in a similar predicament, the worst part is not knowing what is happening and how to recover.
